Our Service Rates are based on services performed at one of our offices or contracted hospitals or nursing homes and do not include travel expense.
Travel expense is determined by which office the service provider is located at on the date of service. We do our best to schedule our appointments to coordinate with which office is the closest on the day of service.
Psychotherapy – $150/hour
Psychological Evaluation – $150/hour
Neuropsycholgical Evaluation – $150/hour
Court Evaluation/Review of Records – $200/hour
Expert Witness Testimony/Deposition – $400/hour
Full Day – doctoral degree level – $4,000 + expenses
Full Day – masters degree level – $2,000 + expenses
Full Day – staff level – $1,500 + expenses
